Inquiry and Application Forms

This Web site is designed to facilitate class registration and payment for prospective students of the GEM-EMI. The site has class registration forms designed so that a user can reserve and pay for any course offered by the GEM-EMI. Any information requested by the forms and any future communication resulting from the information disclosed therein shall be directly related to the user's request.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is information that can be used to identify a specific individual. In the course of filling out a class registration form, you may be asked to disclose PII. GEM-EMI will never collect PII from you without your permission. Participation in our registration process is strictly voluntary.
